How do I download free stuff for my brand-new ipod nano off of iTunes?

I don't want to use any free-websites or stuff that's going to give me spam crap. Off of iTunes what do i search to get free games/apps, music, videos...etc. for my 4th gen. ipod nano?

1. there is no easy way to get free games for your ipod, it is worth it to buy games, there only 5 bucks and u already spent 149 bucks on the iPod. you could try limewire, but its not totally legit.
2. If you have an iPod then you can only download files for it from iTunes. And if you use iTunes you have to pay.
