What free stuff is out there for pregnant women for their babies?

Just wondering if anyone knows of any free stuff that would help out a pregnant woman and her baby/family,either during pregnancy or after(diapers, formula, other baby products, daycare, etc.)We are not considered low income but we are a family of 3 with another on the way,and it is definitely a challenge during these tough economic times.I aready know about WIC and don't think I would qualify but if there is anything at all that would help, that would be great. Thanks a lot!!! Does anyone know what income level for a family of 3(is it 4-the unborn child?)for WIC is? I qualified for it with my daughter 7 years ago but I was not married then. Thanks!

  1. I don't know if they truly provide freebies or not, but I just flipped over to freebabystuff.com, and maybe they can assist in finding freebies. Also, start clipping manufacturers coupons for diapers. Most of the time the manuf. coupons do not expire, and you can save a fortune there, alone. Also, try checking the some of the company pages for Gerber, Huggies, etc.(make sure you look up like Proctor and Gamble) A lot of companies are having it hard too, and you would be surprised at all of the coupons they will send you... some of them free. Biggest Tip: Check out dollardays.com online. Log in to become a member, and you can buy stuff at wholesale prices, WAY below what you pay for them in the stores. This will help with the whole family, as well as the new arrival. There is no minimum, and you can spend your average weekly grocery bill if you are willing to stock up and buy quantity. Good luck to you and your family.
  2. Not really. If you don't qualify for WIC then you really don't qualify for anything else since WIC has a pretty high income level. We were able to get WIC but not able to get anything else. Edit: Where do you live? It really depends on where you live. I would call your local WIC office and ask.
